TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Applicant (further referred to as "Associate") agrees to the terms & conditions between the company, "Global Pure Solutions" (GPS) and Associate:
  1. The Associate shall remain an independent contractor at all times and is not and shall not be construed to be a partner, joint venturer, employee, agent, participant or representative of or with the company for any purpose whatsoever.  Associate agrees to be responsible for his or her own license, expenses, local, state and federal taxes.
  2. Associate agrees not to misrepresent GPS in any manner and will make no claims, statements or warranties respecting GPS that are not contained in GPS’s written material.  Associate agrees to perform all of its obligations under this agreement in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and with the principles of good conduct and business ethics, in order to protect and enhance the name of the company, the reputation of the products, and the goodwill attached to any trade names or any trademarks in use or hereafter adopted or used by the company.
  3. Associate understands and agrees that a violation of any of the terms of the agreement, including policies and procedures, rules and regulations and the Media Procedures of GPS may result in the termination of Associates authorization as a GPS Associate.
  4. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, and all claims, disputes or other matters between the parties shall be brought in state or federal court in Cooke County, Tennessee, unless approved in writing by GPS.
  5. By entering the Social Security or Federal I.D. Number, Associate is certifying that the number shown on this form is the Associate's correct taxpayer identification number.
  6. Associate understands that violations of any rule or regulation hereunder or otherwise violate any federal, state or local laws that would in any way affect GPS shall immediately terminate this Agreement.  If GPS does terminate this Agreement that subject to any law, the Associate agrees not to make a claim against the Company.  If the Associate does pursue a claim against the Company and does not prevail, he/she shall reimburse the Company for any cost of defense, including reasonable attorney's fees.
